They are not accountable for the destruction going on all around them they choose to ignore. It should be of concern to most of us Americans the manner in which the state of affairs we are made aware is confined to ONLY that which they choose to tell us. A very effective step to brain wash the lemming like masses. |

"A black man was fatally shot in the neck while washing his car in Brooklyn on Saturday — the 18th person to fall victim to gun violence during a bloody weekend across the city. "In Chicago, five children were among the 14 people killed, including a 3-year-old boy and 13-year-old girl killed in separate shootings over Father's Day weekend." There is justifiable outrage about the killing of George Floyd and Rayshard Brooks. But where is the outrage and protests about all the murders in Chicago and NYC in one weekend? A 3-year-old boy and 13- year-old girl murdered? I just searched the NBC News website and I couldn't find anything about the Chicago murders. But there is a link on top of the NBC site to all news about George Floyd. |

It's not good theater. The MSM has an agenda, and it's filled with false rampant racism. They love what they are doing to America, they hate America, they hate the Police....................period. Steve |

And the other group accents the opposite, thus we go round and round and get no where at all. I believe the issue is killing ONLY BECAUSE OF A SKIN COLOR. Killing is abhorrent behavior....the issue “supposedly” is supposed to be killing strictly because of skin color. But you are correct. Skip to your corner frame it your own way. It certainly changes the subject. |

I read in one of your previous posts, and I'll paraphrase, that you felt that there were/are external influences driving the discourse in this country. And I'll just guess that you feel that maybe some foreign powers are at work here? If that's the case I certainly agree with you. If you meant something else I'd love to hear what you meant. |

I'm glad to know you think killing is abhorrent. Maybe you can research the national stats and give us the following data: 1. Number of black people killed by white cops solely because they were black 2. Number of black people killed by black people in the commission of varous crimes. My guess is the latter is several hundred times greater than the former. ... |

What I don't understand is why there isn't an equal focus on all the "inner city" murders that occur way too often. Like George Floyd, why isn't the funeral for a 3-year-old African American boy who was murdered in Chicago broadcast on national TV? Why isn't Al Sharpton giving the eulogy? What about the 13-year-old girl who was killed in Chicago? Where is the outrage? Why aren't there protests to bring more attention to the senseless killings in the "inner city.?" There were 104 shot, 14 fatally in Chicago. Why isn't the mainstream media outraged? Why aren't we ALL trying to figure out how to "fix" this problem? There is so much hype about police brutality. But there is so much senseless "inner city" shootings and murders. What if you disbanded every police force. No more police. Do you honestly think the inner city murders would stop? So are you really focusing on the biggest "issue" that will reduce shootings and murders in the inner city? |

On the other, my only point was the discussion about the killing of people BECAUSE OF THEIR SKIN COLOR gets turned around to defend police (they do not defending, just ckeaning up) or violence in general. Killing another human being is beyond horrible, but killing another human simply because he is of some skin color is detestable. Each time, some choose not to accept what the conversation should be about and turn it to satisfy some other motive. Then turning it around, to me, is simply ignoring the issue. I believe in confronting an issue. That cannot be done on a forum, yet I see judgements, accusations, and not very well disguised hate. And if you agree on the outside influences, join me on here, as we seem to ignore the ludicrous conspiracy theories bandied about with one purpose....divide us further than we are. Seems every story comes with a theory manufactured, but bought into and away we go. One which covers both subjects is the theory that George Soros pays for protests. It has no basis in any fact and is simply spread on those questionable sites, yet on TOTV, I see folks posting as an accepted fact. |

I think it is almost impossible to have a civil discussion about anything on social media. Yet... we continue to try to have a "civil" discussion.... |
I've already done the research, I know the common denominator. You tell me what you find. lol
Most violent continent? Most violent country? (hint, it's in the most violent continent) Most violent state in the US? Most violent city in the US? |

black lives matter when they can frame it in racism and push their agenda to destroy the United States. Black lives will really matter when you see concern for all lives being lost in the inner cities. BLM and Corporate News could care less about the real cause of black lives being lost. How many lives in the inner cities are being saved by destroying statues of history? The real subject of their destruction is the American way of life. People need to wise up. Stop electing political idiots that just promote or stand by and watch the destruction while playing right along with the BLM agenda.
Would be nice to have some discussions and real solutions to all the killing in our cities, not just agenda driven BS. |
