Yes, and the judge who let him go should serve the same sentence as him since if he was still in jail this wouldn't have happened. If judges could be held responsible for the prisoners actions that they released there would be a lot less repeat offenders.

No, it was 230 felony CHARGES. He was CONVICTED 15 times. And I doubt the convictions for only one charge at a time, so who knows how many charges resulted in a conviction.

I hope so. I heard him speak at a small community outreach program in Phoenix. Sheriff Joe knows the law and he refuses to make prisons a comfortable place where law breakers want to come back. I really like his common sense approach to the treatment of criminals.

Really? 230 times? I don't know of a single person that has been innocently charged even twice.
