Watch shocks me is those who professed n the past, conservative issues, have been snookered and used. I spent most of my days trying to stay ahead of your liberals, but still serving my country and not hating anyone.

I read posts on here from ex conservatives, who now serve the masters of conspiracies, lies and hate and wonder how ones soul is simply twisted.

Sorry for this rant, and if mods allow this, I will take my leave. I am physically ill, after all and then to hear support for theories about the FBI starting the attack on our Capitol, ignoring the call for equality in voting and who want their elected officials to lie to our children about the history of our country.

Frustration, as you say has passed...well beyond that. Watching criminals run my ex group, hearing them supported in anti American rhetoric is gut wrenching.

I believe almost everything you posted here. The biggest difference I believe, between the conservatives and liberals (I use left and right, just because it seems to be common vernacular) is how we achieve those goals. And "small" government is defined by how the government serves the people, not so much the number of government employees.

I do think the government has become massively inefficient, and we need to fix that problem - and I do mean fix, not destroy as the current conservatives seem to believe.

I am obviously a liberal, but I think the Student Loans program signed into law by LBJ was a major cause of the decline in education at the college level.

As PS....illegal immigrants voting was the charge made in 2016. Including the commission formed to investigate, there has not been one single case of such voting ever shown. Commission was disbanded

What do you have against ensuring that our voting laws guarantee that ALL citizen's votes are legally counted and that no one can "cheat" the system? What do you stand for? No rules at all? Blind trust?
