Protect the public first, no concerns at all.

Totally agree. A comparison of America's curve to Europe's tells you everything you need to know about America's approach to date.

Do you not find a bit disconcerting that people are dying everyday? Closing the bars is just the beginning unless we all get our priorities straight.

people are dying everyday & that will continue until we all are dead - kung flu or not,,, fortunately there are subs coming along to replace us
just found 'the house' yesterday after 4d search,,, noticed many staffers wear masks (publix, ricardo's, svce stations) but not so many customers,,, personally i'll wear 1 if situation recommends funny thing to me - yesterday saw lady in next lane alone in car wearing a mask,,, i would say an 'older woman' but she's probably bit younger than me ;-) what's SHE afraid of ??? |

Older people in TV arent responsible to follow the deed restrictions they agreed to. You really cant expect working lol people to be responsible to conduct unnecessary business safely. They wont even require or wear masks

Business Licensing
Business agree with their health safety and services licensing. It’s quite obvious that most business does not have the will or ability to control themselves during are opening

Yet I never hear any complaints about the admonition: no shirt, no shoes, no service. Apparently the sight of hairy backs and smelly feet is more important than stopping the the spread of a potentially deadly disease.

Because the cities and especially in TV have totally ignorant, selfish people who aren't wearing masks or social distancing. Drove into parking lit last night at Havana. Not a parking spot open. If that's 50% seating inside, I'll give you my first born. The health department needs to make a visit.

Well said. If people had followed the original suggestions of social distancing then the businesses wouldnt have been shut down. Pretty sad that the govt has to step in and mandate things because some people are either too ignorant or entitled to care about others

Wow! Doesn’t anyone think that these bars have become COVID hotspots because of people not following CDC recommendations and therefore a public health hazard warranting their shutdown? The people that have been infected in these venues will now bring home that gift to families, children, parents and grandparents even if THEY chose to stay home. It a shame the government had to step in and protect those patrons and cripple those businesses. Those that got infected Just go on to prove the saying “common sense isn’t so common”.

I have also written many letters to the Governor as well about the same topic. I also have written about the protesters causing higher numbers and wondered why that behavior is allowed to put so many people at risk and goes on and on. That is the plan you know?
