Did you imagine that your last cold would be the last time you had to worry about getting a cold? Covid-19 was a new virus in 2019. It's now 2022 and nearly everyone on the planet has had it at least once. It's time to quit worrying about it.

Personally, I've had it four times. Every time they announce a new variant, within a month, I've got it.

I caught the original from my son-in-law, who brought it back from India a month before they announced the first case in America, and at least 6 months before a test was available. I have asthma, so it was rough. The "malaise" went on for two months. I have never completely recovered my sense of smell, and I had the "Covid cough" for six months afterwards.

About the time Delta came out, I was in the process of moving to the Villages. We had our first Pfizer shots in Texas, so we had to go to Ocala and stand in line at a mall, all masked up, socially-distanced, temperatures taken, and supposedly "50% immune", for our 2nd shots. Three days later I showed up at the doctor for a scheduled appointment with a mild sniffle that I assumed was just allergies. They tested me, and sure enough -- Delta. My wife caught the sniffle a couple of days later, but mine was gone by then. We dutifully quarantined for 10 days.

So after two worthless shots and two bouts of the disease, I didn't bother with the booster, especially after the husband of my wife's friend wound up in the hospital with cardio myelitis from his booster. Have you ever in your life known anyone harmed by any vaccine? I now know two. Our neighbor across the street had a stroke after her first Covid shot.

So then they announced Omicron. I was already sick with a fever and sore throat when I heard about it. Didn't even bother getting tested. What's the point? Everyone knows masks have eradicated all other diseases, right? The symptoms were gone in five days.

A month ago they announced BA.5. I had a sore throat for two days, malaise for a week, and I'm still getting over the cough. Just a typical cold for an asthma sufferer.

Why do we have to keep talking about this now stupid harmless variant of the common cold? Oh, yeah... elections next Nov.

I had it about 6 or 7 weeks ago. Better hope it don’t get into throat and chest. I had light fever, bad cough, and real bad sore throat. Felt like I was swallowing glass. Too 5 weeks get get over cough. I think it affect my taste also. Took 3 days to get deon in cheat.

All the vaccines tested have a percentage of non effectiveness. Have you read anything .???? It ranges from 92% downward .
