Yes they worked at the same club, but according to the owner, one worked inside and the other outside and they rarely (if ever) worked the same shift...
There is ZERO evidence that they knew each other...

Correct! And doesn't it seem strange that throughout the arrest, while he was in intimate proximity of the police officer (who is now, in this forum, being accused of "passing counterfeit bills and/or drugs"), Floyd, never once showed any sign of recognizing him. One would have expected some sign, especially if they were accomplices in some illicit activity.
No wonder thousands of LEO's are leaving their jobs, for the fear every day of having to kill a citizen in the line of duty. They DO NOT go to work looking for a deadly encounter, contrary to the belief of some people in this forum. If their worst nightmare becomes reality, they are immediately and uniformly convicted by the press, and by some members of the very people they are sworn to serve, before any opportunity to tell their side of the story. Anything they do on the job, every move they make could destroy their lives and those of their families in a heartbeat.
The recent, ill-conceived prejudice against police officers - especially white cops, who are now collectively presumed to be racist, will have disastrous results. When all the decent, idealistic young LEO's are no longer there to be dragged through the mud, who will be left to choose from to fill their positions? I shudder to think!
BTW, if you ask any LEO why they suffer the slings and arrows of the job, they will almost uniformly say they'd wanted to be a police officer since they were children. Why? Because they want to be heroes, to help others and save lives.
