Just read a synopsis of this law and apparently they want young boys to understand what females go thru during their periods. So the tampons will be free for the taking.

As someone posted wait till young boys take some and run thru the hallways making a mockery of this.

This whole gender thing is out of control… be who you want to be but quit jamming it down everyone’s throat.. what I do think is wrong is transgender boys to girls playing on sports teams… not fair … they’re still stronger and generally bigger.

Pad in pocket

My brother’s class went on a field trip in the early 60’s. He was 10 years old. The group ate lunch at a place that had a single use bathroom. There was a metal Box that said “napkins” on the wall in the bathroom. He needed to wipe his hands so he put a nickel in and got his napkin. He used it and folded it and put it in his shirt pocket. That night at dinner (there were 5 of us, 3 were girls) my mom pulled the napkin out of his pocket and asked him where he got it. He told her the story and said he couldn’t understand what the safety pins were for. We were hysterical laughing. Gone are the wonderful days of naivety.

Very funny thanks for sharing. Thinking this will be repeated.

Are you comparing a male contraceptive with a female hygiene product? Because the two aren't comparable. Unless you're saying a boy needs to wear a condom during school in case he "leaks" every month spontaneously, and makes a mess all over his trousers? In which case - he probably would want to see a doctor about that.

Makes one wonder how anyone ever justified such a stupid idea.

Not some company , but taxes are used for installation, the dispenser and the consumables.

So the Oregon legislature and governor managed to pass this nonsense.

Thanks. I think you just provided the best answer why tampons are not needed in the boys room. If a boy needs a tampon for that type of leak, he should certainly run for a doctor.

Some things just don't make sense whether it is Oregon or anywhere.

feeling sad today. can everyone please send cute pictures of their credit card, front and back!

It actually makes a lot of sense since a girl that is shy does not want to take one in her bathroom to tell other girl she has her. She perhaps can ask a boy to take one out and give it to her privately and put it in her purse or pocket. And since they probably going to be all gone in the girls room all the time there will be extras in the boys rooms
