China has plenty of land and resources to fulfill their mandate from heaven for their 2 billion people. China now has a larger Navy. China is building 1 coal plant a week. I am a fiscal conservative. I am a person who strongly believes that most of our scientists have ethical motives. I am a person who knows that the press is motivated and financially fueled by click bait and that most politicians are not statesmen or women.

Not all people, no matter HOW they vote can be trusted to use true critical thinking. Not me, not you, not anyone. We all have our own agenda. Smart is whether or not someone agrees with you. Fear engenders a lot of theories. Getting to the truth of anything is the biggest obstacle mankind has.

Critical thinking would account who benefits from a shut down economy, power to lock down population, mail in ballots etc. Critical thinking would match what has happened in other countries to what is currently occurring on our land. Critical thinking indicates the government is not here to help you and would research The Great Reset what it means and How they will achieve their goals.

One of the continuing themes on this site is that the vaccines are not safe and people are not going to get vaccinated because they do not want to be a guinea pig.

Warp speed had very little to do with getting a vaccine, and a lot to do with reducing validation and testing requirements to make a vaccine safe.

These things are proven facts:

Fauci is a proponent of gain of function virus research

Fauci's NIH gave several million dollars in grants to Peter Daszak of the EcoHealth Alliance, and Peter Daszak is also a known proponent of gain of function research.

Daszak gave $600,000 of Fauci's funds to the Wuhan lab to study coronaviruses.

Not proven but looking more and more likely:

Wuhan lab conducted gain of function research on coronavirus, made it infectious to humans, and virus leaked into general population via exposed lab workers.

Does this mean Fauci wanted to start a global pandemic? Nope. But it's not a good look if the Wuhan lab he helped finance turns out to have unleashed an engineered virus upon the world.

I don't think you understand how Operation warp speed worked. Here's a clue, it wasn't called Operation warp money. The government did offer vaccine R&D funding, which some smaller companies like Moderna accepted. In return, the government would get a little better price if and when vaccine was approved. Pfizer, who have more money than God, did not take the funding since they have tremendous amounts of capital, and wanted to protect their profits if their vaccine worked. I guess that makes them guilty of "predatory capitalism"

The reason Operation warp speed worked so well is because the government cleared all the bureaucratic hurdles that caused previous vaccine development to take 10 years. The government also incentivized vaccine developers by committing to billions of dollars of orders for any vaccine approved. More "predatory capitalism" or something.

See 3rd P of your second article: "During the three-year ban on funding projects – known as “gain of function” research – the Department of Health and Human Services developed a framework on how such research may be conducted to protect the public. The research criteria were drafted during the Obama administration, but weren’t released until the end of 2017. 2017 is when Fauci quietly released the funds.
