Anybody at out age than has to get loan obviously don’t know how to manage money.

Anybody at our age who doesn't understand leverage doesn't know how to manage money.

use borrowed capital for (an investment), expecting the profits made to be greater than the interest payable.

2.
use (something) to maximum advantage.
