Not really. Even if you get tested after being exposed you’re not in the clear with a negative response. You could be positive the very next day. You would have to be tested every single day to really know. And that’s assuming the test was accurate and no human error occurred. Best to just quarantine for 14 days. Even if symptoms develop there is no need for testing unless you need to be hospitalized

Who wants to stay quarantined for 14 days rather than having the ability to take the test? Not me.

Can someone explain the rationale for this absurdity?

Let's face it.....

The US government has decided to reduce cases by reducing testing.

The US government has decided to slow the US mail.

All predictable and frankly, we were warned.

Those who do not like it.....nothing you can do about it. Nor the future moves similar.

Those who think it is fine....obviously more to come, and hope it doesn't affect you or yours.

Is there any truth to the story that W House officials pressured the CDC to change the guidelines? Love to fact check that somehow.

"The Times cited two federal health officials who said the new rule was imposed by top White House officials, with one saying the CDC didn't write the new guidelines."

No, the cdc never talked to the wh about this. This is the tactic on the other side. We knew cdc when the pandemic started their guidelines is flip flopping and we knew that who they sided . Don’t be misinformed. There is so much lies in there. CDC make their on conclusion without talking to the president.

Based on past experience on denials in similar situations, I would be open to reading anything that remotely, but directly counters the (more than 1-2 reports) facts in a specific way.

Thanks
