Herd immunity should take care of everything? At the cost of millions of Americans' lives .....

If you base your question on a questionable news source any answer could be correct...or wrong. They base their conclusions on how much fear it can spread.

The same could be said for Fox News.

Interesting to ponder the potential possibility!

The press is using unsubstantiated numbers. As of about a month weeks ago the government number was that a total of 37 people had contracted it within a 3 week period after the end of the rally and those could have gotten it anywhere on the trip to and from the rally. Time to stop the fear mongering.

Guess you are not familiar with the time of covid's incubation period.

I believe the scientists. Researchers from John Hopkins said that the Sturgis event caused a large increase in Covid cases.

Definition of a "questionable" news source: what I don't want to hear.

mydavid 10-20-2020 06:58 AM

The question is will the one that spreads the most falsehoods be the one that gets re-elected

Denying Stugis was a super spreader event is like denying climate change. All the data is clear.

I am sad to read that the vaccine may be delayed until Spring.

I don't want anyone to get it, especially our wonderful group of seventy or better.

The major pharma companies are already stockpiling vaccines that are in current phase two and phase three trials in anticipation of expected and validated results. Once approved the vaccines will be distributed and forwarded to those institutions that have been identified by the federal government as phase 1 distributors. Phase one recipients are health care workers, first responders etc and nursing home residents Phase two are those considered senior citizens. At the moment it is pretty certain that one manufacturer will meet all requirements and obtain FDA sign off before year end. Others in January. The distribution process has already been identified Many if the major news outlets and social media are not providing real information, they are providing their opinion.

for sure.

Waltdisney4life 10-20-2020 07:35 AM

No, they were protestors and dr fauci told us that protestors do not spread the virus!

allsport 10-20-2020 08:00 AM

And you have about 2 weeks to see if that is truth or fiction. It does not happen instantly and another super spreader event went on last week in Daytona. You just cannot fix stupid.

ron32162 10-20-2020 08:11 AM

I have not read anywhere all the blm protest and antifa protest turned out to be a super spreader event so why would you think sturgis event would?

thank you, but to be fair, there is a high probability i have already been exposed to some form. i was employed in animal care, for YEARS of sick pets & wildlife. corona is basically an animal disease-i have no doubt some of those wild critters or pet cats had some form of it @ 1 time or another:pray:

It isn't just in the United States;

Tough restrictions hit Europe as COVID cases spike
