sorry, after reading many public articles of his disregard for safety, there is no surprise that there were no plans for rescue in case anything went wrong. .

It will probably take a long time but the lawyers should make a lot of money on all this. I expect the litigation will involve numerous countries and a lot of very technical evidence.
