The citizens should not have to wait for an election to get fair treatment by the municipal law enforcement agency. If there's a "big deal" going on NOW - and the election isn't for another two years - then what? What do you feel the voters should do about it? Just bend over and take it for another two years and HOPE that the polling places aren't closed down in the communities hardest hit by the "big deal?"

No. Sorry - it shouldn't be up to whoever happens to be in charge two years from now, to determine what should happen to people who did something wrong now.
