The Vaping will Kill you, the Vitamin E Acetate is poison.
Smoking a doobie is not going to be a problem…. Might improve my game

The vitamin E acetate issue was with bootleg cartridges.
Inhaling any combustible can cause lung issues.
Edibles are a safer method if you care.

Actually it's not the same. CBD (which is sold legally to anyone of age at vape stores all over the state) stays in your system anywhere from 1-25 days, depending on how it's injested. The prosecutor would have a hard time proving that you were under the influence at the time you were driving and any atty worth a nickel would get it thrown out.
I take Delta 8 to help me sleep every night but I'm not under the influence of it the next day.

That wasn’t the point I was making

what could go wrong?

As others have stated, that is not true. You can buy it and drive off but not smoke it or ingest it while driving. I think there is still one state (Montana or Wyoming?) where you can drink beer while driving, but if you are over the legal limit on alcohol, you are busted. Some years ago there was a move to abolish that "right" which stood no chance of passing.

Talk to any State Trooper and they will most likely say that alcohol is far more dangerous to the individual and to society than weed.

A former NJ State Trooper now living in The Villages stated to me that each trooper substation has an agent on call 24/7, trained to detect cannabis-related symptoms, that can be called to a scene (e.g. traffic stop) to assess the potential of a cannabis-related DUI. Their assessment can then be used to justify blood testing. I guess this is how it works in NJ. Any Florida law enforcement out there to explain our state's procedures?

True.. Get rid of the cigarettes. Much more dangerous to health.

While I don't smoke and drink very little, nor want to share the road with anyone under the influence of anything (prescription medications causing drowsiness/diminished motor skills/etc. included), I'll take a pot smoker who sits on the couch scarfing down munchies, over a drinker who wants to get violent at a bar or toward a spouse - any day.

No sir , Vitamin E Acetate is present in Vape! Your response to my post is partially inaccurate! Please read about EVALI and the Dangers of Vaping! Vaping is a killer…..I agree with you on the Gummies 100%….
