Pretty simple to build plans can be found on the internet using pre cut lumber which Home Depot will cut for you, you’ll have to screw and glue.

I bought mine at Home Depot. It's got casters on it So I can move it around and it raises and lowers. Way better than a stationary bench, especially with how small the garages are here. I can move it out of the way if I need to. It's also got two drawers on it. They are only a couple hundred bucks. They come in a couple different sizes too. Not sure about delivery

We had a built-in workbench with a butcher block top and various size drawers built by Inspired Closets in Wildwood. They also have all kinds of garage storage units and organizers.

My husband Lee is a very good handyman and could probably build a very nice bench for you. If you have access to Next Door, his business is posted there (Lee's Handyman Services) and he has over 100 positive reviews there.
