Default Flooded lanai

Does anyone recall the Villager who invented the attachment that would drain your Lanai after a heavy rain? If so where can I get his invention

I loosened the bolts near the corner where I wanted the lanai to drain.
Then I put a nickel under the bottom rail, retightened the bolts down.
It drains perfectly and cost me a nickel.
