Has anyone out there recoated their garage floor on there own. I would
be interested to know what you used and how the project went.
I would appreciate a private message on your experience.

in my prior house, I painted the garage floor with a pretty high grade epoxy paint - and it peels. I took some effort to prep it and etch it properly.
I'd not advise epoxy paint regardless of the claim.

If you do a search here on "g-floor" that you can order through samsclub.com , there were some pretty good reviews on it - quick, easy, durable. That's what I'm thinking about for down here.

Good luck, let me know what you end up with.

I just did mine 3 weeks ago using the Rustoleum product from Home Depot (or was it Lowes?) It came out perfect and looks great! (so far). Make sure you wait the full drying time before bringing your car in- a friend of mine felt it was dry enough and brought his car in early and in smudged the finish. I thought the job was pretty easy to do myself. Good luck!

I'm a race deck fan but for our Lilac it was darn near $2000.00 Gasp

This product looks interesting
