Default Granite Counter tops

We just purchased a house with granite counter tops. The former, original,
owners said they never had the counter tops sealed. Part of it is darker
and looks stained. Is there anyway to remove stains?

There is a lot of variation in the the color on Granite counter tops and that is part of their beauty. It might not be a stain but some Stains can be removed. Check with Lowes or Home Depot for stain removal products. You can also find remedies on the Internet such as mixing peroxide with baking soda. Good luck.
