Question Inside Corner Dilemma

I'm hopeing that some of you experienced DIYers or professionals may be able to help me out with my dilemma. I am working on a headboard project and have to cover an inside corner with the upholstery material. On the internet searching all I could find was a brief description (no pictures) that talked about may a "Y" cut in the fabric. I've tried various cuts using an old sheet but just can't figure this one out. I hope someone can provide an answer. I've attached an image that I hope will help.

THANKS! THE VILLAGES ARE THE BEST!

Are you familiar with tack strips? That might be the way I would do it, though it may not help in your case. Or glue?

I saw a clip on TV a while back where they were re-covering dining room chair seats. The way they did it was with darts (small pleats) gradually working their way around the corner. They used a staple gun to secure each dart.

Here's a video I found that shows re-covering a chair seat. At the end it gives you an example of how to do the corner. Looks pretty easy.

It is a problem with some youtube presentations. I have no idea why some work and others don't.
