I enclosed our lanai with double pane glass, raised the floor to match the height to the house floor, used the same tile as the house, all because it looks great and it adds sq footage to the house for resale. The ceilings match as well as the colors of the walls to the ceilings and walls in the house.

I called Bryan Terry Vinyl and they are not taking on new business for another 6 months
