Default Romac window pivot block replacements

Can any DYIer tell me how to remove the pivot blocks from a ROMAC window? We have a couple of windows from 2006 that the steel plate in the pivot blocks has rusted away but I don't know how to get them out for replacement from the aluminum frame. Help would be appreciated.

I thought Romac only installed the windows, but did not make them, I may be wrong....Try calling home warranty and confirm the make/manufacturer of the window, then you may find info ou their website or youtube.

I recently had a need for replacement parts for a window from a 2006 home and found that Romac Windows in Leesburg (Main Street) apparently has experience and knowledge of The Villages windows installed. I had a need for a release latch that allows for the window to be tilted inward for cleaning. They may have your needed part.
