ppaulino,
I have rebuilt 7 mustangs from the ground up, and done maintenance on my own cars for years, and occasionally for a close relative. However, there is an extremely large liability risk associated with doing this for someone else. I would strongly suggest that you contact some of the local garages, and explain you already have the parts that you want installed, hopefully they will work with you, and have some coverage if there is a problem later. This is especially true on some newer cars, as there is a specific procedure and equipment required if you need to bleed the brakes after this is done.
I hope you are successful in your quest.
