Default laser, fraxel, botox, juvaderm, restalyne, etc.

Can anyone suggest a good cosmetic dermatologist or "med spa" where they know their stuff?

I have left a fantastic Cosmetic Dermatologist behind when we moved here and don't want to buy a round trip ticket for something I can have done locally.

I don't mind travel to Orlando or Ocala. It does not have to be a MD. My Derm had a fantastic RN who trained MDs nationwide on all the new Lasers. It was a cutting edge practice. I trusted my RN completely.

Suggestions, please?? You can PM me if yo do not want to reply on this thread.

Thanks so much!!

I too am leaving behind a wonderful dermatologist, esthetician, and plastic surgeon. Any suggestions would be appreciated, and I too, do not mind traveling if they are top notch practitioners.

Try Ocala Plastic Surgery, they have an office on 441 North across the street from the Hospital 1501 US Hwy 441 Telephone #352 750-0019. Hubs and I both used the surgeon. A wonderful esthetician and the entire office staff is great. The other office is in Ocala at Paddock Park by Macys. Check the website Villages Plastic Surgery, The Villages, Florida - 352-750-0019.
If you are interested in surgery they have seminars in the villages.

Do you mind sharing what the approximate cost is for Botox? Restylane?
If you prefer not to do so, I fully understand.

Mesos is the best. $10 per unit for Botox. around $600 for Restylane for a bottle....if you don't use it all during a procedure, you can "bank" it for next time. They can tell you ahead of time the cost and number of units you will need. None of this stuff is cheap. And the second question is: "Does it hurt?" I laugh when people ask this question and I say, well, they are sticking needles into your face, so yes....

Thank you for the helpful information. Can you imagine that there was a time when some of us actually wanted to look older?!

Does anyone know anything about those minor facelifts? I'm not sure what they're called, but I would love to take 10 years off.

Alas, I do not, but like you, I would like to shave off a year, or five.

Default There is a practice that will come to your home.

I am familiar with someone who is a nurse practitioner licensed in FL who does injections and skin care. Many, many years experience with plastic surgery. Also has a thriving practice in Michigan as well as FL. If you PM me, I will pass on her name.

Hello dotti105:

I have used MESOS and they are good. Larry Blevins gives you his opinion on what he can do if what your asking for is not the best answer to looking "renewed" but he seems to get interrupted a lot while "working on you" and leaves the room so your there for a long time.

ALSO, since you do not mind travelling, if your looking primarily for botox, HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mario Perez:
Suncoast Premiere Medical, LLC Suncoast Premiere Medical, LLC42721 Highway 27 Ste 102 Davenport, FL 33837 (863) 588-0110 (Office)

Finally, in downtown Orlando, a female physician (DO) who is "one-stop shopping"
Dr. Francee Brody, (407) 839-0096
Medical Vein Ctr
1802 Bellevue Ave Ste 103
Orlando, FL 32806

Dr. Brody has been there for 25 years and is very good with EVERYTHING including spider vein touch-ups (I am sure you will find more reasonably priced than MESO's)...
GOOD LUCK!!
