Default Need a really good nail tech

Just returned from the podiatrist. Have trouble with ingrown toenails. He recommended I find a really good nail tech who knows how to trim them correctly. I've tried to find someone in the past and got butchered last time I went (bleeding and all). I want someone to just lightly trim them each time and to do a pedicure. You can PM me if you would like.

Merle Norman Cosmetics at Lagrande Plaza by Belks, ask for Keren.(352) 577-8112(Her cell) For ingrowns you should really see a podiatrist that can remove the side and kill the root so it doesn't grow back.

Try Angelas Nails. In Citrus Palm Plaza. They all are very good there and reasonable.

Make sure any salon you visit uses proper disinfection procedures in the tub and on the instruments. Cutting ingrowns require a very clean environment to avoid infection.

Default Top Nails

Just found her yesterday. I also have issues with the ingrown toe nails, and told the same thing from the podiatrist as you. Ashley at Top Nails. She has a pretty full book and has been doing this for the last 20 years. 352-750-2289

Thank you so much. I find this info on google. Do you know approx wher they are located on 441? It is so hard to find anything on that street unless you know approx where it is.

US-441, Lady Lake, FL 32159
(352) 750-2289

Thanks again!

I "think" they are located in the area of the small shops and small streets in the Lowes/Bealls area. I have no idea where you are located, but if you get onto 441 going North you will pass Cracker Barrel, turn into the street that runs behind Cracker Barrel and you see Lowes and then Bealls and then come to some small streets where there are several (lots) of smaller retail stores. I think (don't know) but I think they are in there. Hope this helps. I, too, hate trying to find anything on or off 441 - very confusing, plus you have traffic tailgating you along there and it is impossible to find anything without having a "spotter" with you.

Tuscany Day Spa & Salon in Lake Sumter Landing. They use a fail safe disinfecting procedure between every customer use.
Any one of the techs there will provide what you need.

Thanks so much. That is quite a bit closer to home for me (only 5 minutes).

Ditto for Angela's Nails, but it is in Palm Ridge Plaza, not Citrus Palm Plaza. I know because it is near the Village of Summerhill, where I live.

In the shopping area near Bealls, Lowes, ....right near the AT & T store. I live in Santiago and go out El Camino Real, to Buenos Aires, and straight across to the shopping area.

I did see a podiatrist two times for this and he tells me to just go to a good nail tech. I don't want the root killed as he discussed it with me and my toe nail would look terrible if I did that. He doesn't recommend it only in extreme cases which mine is not. I just want a good nail tech that isn't scissor happy and doesn't cut me and is professional.

I HATE TO TELL YOU THIS...but the NEXT TIME you go into TOP NAILS...take note of WHERE THEY bring there utensils from...they are wrapped in a wash cloth...they should be sterilized and brought over from an autoclave....keep your eyes open...Bella Orchid next to Honey Baked Ham near Best Buy AND Viva nails at Spanish Springs are the cleanest salons around!!
