Default Permanent Eyebrows

Just had mine done by Kim located at Dr. Blumberg's office (dentist) located just across from Freedom Pointe. She did a fabulous job with hair like strokes. I am now considering having my lips lined. I was surprised that the eyebrow technique did not hurt. I have already recommended her to several friends. 352-430-2100 is the dentist's office number, I lost her direct number.

I have heard that Sherri at Cal's is great, but I preferred to be in a medical location. Just a personal preference.

TAKE it FROM ME!!...DO NOT get your lips lined!...Talk to 3 people who have (I am one of them!!). The lips are mucosal tissue and do not absorb the "tattoo" of the permanent makeup in the same fashion as the eyebrows. Getting them even is impossible and you will need to use lip liner the rest of your "fading time" to make them even. !!

A picture would be wonderful.
It might provide motivation to those of us who are chicken.

I know someone who had her lips done, and she said it was a waste, because the color didn't stay. It faded.

Beautiful! In all honesty, they are the nicest I've seen. The color is realistic and the arch is perfect. They don't look like a child used a magic marker. Thank you for sharing.

photo-4-jpgphoto-4-jpg Thanks - Another pic - this time I am wearing mascara, but nothing on brows

I choose Kim because she does the hairlike strokes versus standard tattoos and is located in a medical office.

Cost $350 Cal's charges $199.

Sorry upside down, can barely figure out how to attach photo......June Rose's post below is correct...if you click on the photos, it will be right side up.

What's with the Santa Claus poster???

I have received a couple of private messages, so let me answer some other questions. NO, it did NOT hurt. I was able to pick any color and any shape I wanted...Kim actually drew a few different ones on my brows, but I opted for shape and color I originally had.
I still have some eyebrow hair, but it is sparse and white in some spots. My original eyebrows are underneath, they were not shaved. The white hairs still show if you look extremely close, so I may pluck them as they continue to show up. Time from start to finish was about an hour. Prep time took 15 minutes, had to wait 20 minutes for numbing cream to kick in and actual procedure, less than five minutes or so. After procedure, you have to wear vaseline/aquafor on your eyebrows for 3 - 5 days. You will have to get brows touched up every 18 months or so.
