Default Poor service at Cal's Spanish Springs

My wife had a scheduled appointment at Cal's in Spanish Springs this morning with her regular hairdresser, and when she arrived fifteen minutes early, they had "messed up their schedule" and given her appointment to someone else. They claimed my wife had called and changed it, which she had not. This was the second time this has happened with that salon. Probably the worst part was that they were not in the least apologetic about the mistake, which was theirs. They simply asked if she would like to make another appointment. They were actually "sullen" toward my wife instead of apologizing or trying to accommodate her at all. There are simply too many good salons in the area to keep going to one who treats you so rudely. I would not recommend this salon to anyone trying to find one.

While I am a comparative "newbie", I go to Cal's and have always been welcomed and well accommodated. My wife now goes there and *loves* the gal that she saw. My recommendation is give it another try. So sorry your experience has not been a good so far.

Probably a bad day for them. I'd try one more time and it it happens again, find another hair salon. As another said......there are so many salons, that you don't need to deal with rudeness.

Maybe call in and talk to a manager about the situation. Sounds like the receptionist is making multiple mistakes.
