So far today, I have treasured my memories of Bouv and am comforting Lila. :'( Lila knows Bouv is gone and seems very sad. Do I see tears in her little eyes? Lila is getting double love, hugs and kisses, a special lunch and my thanks for being Bouvs canine buddy. I think I will treat Lila to a golf cart ride to the doggy park, too!

Ronda, I've been thinking of you all day. Hope you and Lila are a great comfort to each other.

Went with my hubby to financial guy today (BLAH BLAH BLAH) But then we gave Fay a good kick in the butt and went out to play Texas Hold'em! Great fun day after all this sitting around in the house. (Although yesterday, I had some great friends over to play Mahjongg and became the self-appointed "Smoothie Queen" of the Villages! :#1:

Well, I thought I was doing a really good thing for myself! I am trying desperately to cut back on my carbs(OMG this weight loss thing is going so slow, my patience is wearing very thin)
While out at the grocery store, I am always looking for very low carb snacks. So I picked up a bag of pork rinds(not really knowing what they are). The bag said 0 carbs, 0 trans fat. I was really thrilled about this. when i opened the bag in the car, this horrible stench emitted from the bag Kinda like dead and buried pig butts! I wanted to ::
Then I made the big mistake of tasting one. :yikes: It was absolutely the worst thing I have ever tasted.

I fed them to the crows! My dogs wouldnt even eat them. This diet is getting harder by the minute!!!! >

I am laughing so hard at your description of pork rinds. 1rnfl They are one of the worst foods of all time along with headcheese. ::

You are so funny, Nonie!

Oh dear, Nonie, and if you checked out at the supermarket with a credit card you will now be on the mail marketing list for hog hocks and sow bellies. 1rnfl

Nonie, if you have any left over rinds that the cows refused to eat....because the used to know the pigs that they came from.....just dip them in dark chocolate and put them on a stick. Perfect Fair food.

For You Cruisers :hot:
Regarding your discussions on caftans:

If you aren't familiar with it, here is a great catalog that might have caftans and other good cruise ideas.
