Default Boat Club LLC

Are there any clubs out there, where you can get part ownership in a boat... So I could take a boat ride on occasion. I have heard that members for an LLC and they all chip in on the cost of a boat... I am interested, can anyone direct me to such a deal... The Harris chain looks like a perfect place for the boat ride.

Charlie and Gina are Villagers. There is usually an ad in the Daily Sun.

I belong to the Chain of Lakes Boat Club and it is fantastic. It's a perfect boating experience of on-the-water fun on several excellent Florida lakes with many fun destinations for fishing, dining and shopping and touring (Mt. Dora, Taveres, Eustis ...) and no hassle of direct boat ownership. Charlie and Gina do a great job operating the club and periodically running club outings. The boats are all excellent ship shape boats. Call Charlie for the details - its a great value.

I always see this club mention however there is never a price quote. I assume if you have to ask then you can't afford it.

They have different types of memberships. In our case we traded our boat for membership fee and cash. We still get access to boats whenever we want but no longer have to pay to store it, maintain it, resister it,or insure it. I don't feel it was expensive in comparison to owning your own boat. But for us, it is what we like to do. If you love boating this is a good deal.
A phone call to ask about it doesn't cost anything and they are not high pressure sales people.
