We had Liquid Floors, a family owned business, do our garage floor two years ago and it still looks like it did the day they finished! There have been no scratches, divots, stains or peeling. It is still perfect! They arrived at 8am, finished by 2pm and cleaned everything up.

This is NOT inexpensive epoxy paint, it is a multi-layer systems that bonds to the properly prepared floor (ground down to increase porosity). Check out their website for an explanation of the technology.
