Not entirely. Folks are making huge profits selling in the South. Same reason I sold my three in the North when we bought in new areas and sold, profits paid for the 4th.

As long as you love the view of an RV garage out you screened enclosure you will love the Developer Representative that grants approval for one 10 ft from your designer home like in DeLuna on Corder Run. Hey it might be a year before your neighbor puts it up but if your buddies you just might get to store some stuff in it!

Make sure when shopping for your designer home you imagine TWO VIEWS. One with a 14' block building 10' away and one without an RV garage. If there is more than for instance, 22' feet of space, it could happen (5' setback for each property and 12' for building).

Show me anyplace else selling +100 new homes per month within days of coming on market, often with multiple backup offers.

~25% of those buyers have no problem selling their existing Villages home in days.

Lifestyle is great. Personally do not feel we need to be so far down south away from the things we like further north.
