That’s even worse, if you cook for yourself you are in control. When you eat all your meals out, God only knows what you’re actually eating or how it’s prepared. Do you think the people preparing your food give a rats a$$ weather or not it’s healthy for you?

I eat nuts, fruit , salads , protein drinks and start the day with 100 % liquid whole eggs , yes I eat out or get takeout but I eat very little meat , I’m 83 and take no meds and I’m 136lbs so I must be doing something right . I lived outside USA for most of 40 years , someone else cooked after retiring 23 years ago I didn’t feel the need to learn , just like I didn’t fell the need to learn how to fix anything in the house or to mow a lawn or trim bushes |
