Another reason for leaving...
 

We had a neighbor that was the nicest, sweetest most outgoing personality, got along well in the neighborhood, but sold and moved after one year because they said they were tired of all the rude, arrogant, pushy, self-centered, entitled feeling, hateful people they would run into throughout the villages. Their slogan was the Villages is NOT Florida's friendly town. :22yikes: :shrug: :shrug:

They must have been living in a different "The Villages" than the rest of us.

Who is all? A meaningless term which renders the complaint null. Did anyone consider they annoyed others?

Lack of demand for the area speaks for itself

Have met 3 professional flippers at their self open houses. All 3 are connected to building jobs within TV. We have 2 homes for sale in our current neighborhood, that flippers own. Have not met them personally, homes are for sale by mls.

One hint can be if the homes is titled to a LLC.
