Default Gas line to grill

Has anyone hired someone to run a gas line out to a grill in the backyard? What companies would do this, plumbing companies? Any idea how much it costs?
Thanks.

When my mom had her lanai extended, T&D arranged for a plumber to extend a gas line for her grill. I would assume a good plumber could do it.

Call me paranoid but with all the lightning we have here, there's no way I would have an outside gas line. Just doesn't seem like a good idea to me (maybe on the lanai but even that's iffy to my way of thinking).

Anyone used a plumber they have had good experience with?
