That finish is usually applied by painters. You'll have better luck getting one of them to respond.

My Mother used Investment Painting Services and they were great. They removed the popcorn ceiling and did a fantastic job painting the whole house and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Investment Painting.

Do a search for "popcorn removal" for all past discussions. Lots of info on it.

I used Rick Basile (352) 274-2396 with great results. What a difference!
