Default Bluetooth on my golf cart

I just bought a really nice used Yamaha golf cart with Bluetooth speakers. It will come up on my iPhone but will not pair. The text says to make sure Bluetooth is turned on. Does anyone know where the installers hide the on/off switch? I’m assuming the unit is behind the front “dashboard “ but there is no access without removing the whole front panel. Maybe this is not a DIY operation.

Mine were on one of the speakers. You can probably get a manual online if you don't have one. Last resort, call the person that sold it to you.

Driver side speaker, right side of speaker there is a power button, just to the right of the volume arrow. Look or feel for it. It does not stick up.

If your phone is telling you to turn on bluetooth, you must go into your settings and turn on the bluetooth feature.

I guess I mis-spoke. The message was that pairing failed, and to turn on the speaker Bluetooth system. Other things like my iPhone watch are paired.

I would try youtube and look for installing speakers. You might get lucky and get a hint as to where to look if the prior suggestions did not work.

I am a retired electrical engineer, and I can probably help you. Let me know if interested.

First I would check for power (a light on the speakers for example). No light, look for a fuse (probably under the dash) also check the electrical connections I have seen these fail, especially the type that taps the wires.
Finally try another device to connect to the speakers.
