I would think they would of bent over backward for you just for the potential glove sales! I wonder why they couldn't order the color grips that you wanted?
As you said plenty of other places to go.

My wife just bought me several Christmas gifts there and said they were very pleasant and helpfull.

Mine bought me gifts from Glenview Country Club & Walmart.
I bought gifts at Jim's, Birdie Golf and that shop behind Perkins on 441. All 3 were helpful and nice when I made purchases, and nice when I dropped in shopping , without making a purchase as well.
My woman says Walmart doesn't have much stuff and no one helps unless you go find them and ask for help.

I spoke with Tom.
I remember him from other visits. He was polite and helpful during those visits, and let me know he would be glad to forget my past bad experiences and move forward with better customer relations with me as a customer.
