Thumbs up excutive courses

We will be closing on our house in a couple of weeks, and have a few questions:

Are guests allowed on these courses?
If so, what is the quest rate?

Which of these courses are considered the most challenging?

Are there times or days that it is difficult to get tee times at these courses?

How far in advance can tee times be requested?

Thanks to any who will contribute to our education.

Many answers are here - Golf The Villages

For a quick summary:

Guests can play the Exec courses EXCEPT for residents of Marion, Lake, and Sumter Counties. They cannot. I think it is about $15 to play and ride.

You can REQUEST tee times up to 7 days in advance. You can RESERVE an open tee time 3 days in advance.

All tee times are tough to come by but if you are flexible on courses and times, you can get on.

Welcome and Good Luck.

The best solution is to go to the "Good Golf School". The t-time system is fully explained along with golf rules/traditions that are unique to The Villages. It will be 3 hours well spent, and you can get all your questions answered. IMHO, this should be mandatory before you can get a t-time.

I would also add that even "experienced" golfers will come away from this class with something.

To add and not repeat from the good information above, the Executive courses are rated from a Level 1 to 4 with 1 being easier and 4 the most challenging.
