I see a thread or two that touch on this topic, but they are very old. I'd like to get current information regarding what sort golf leagues there are in TV, or at least something similar to leagues with regular championship course play.

Men's Day is fine, but I'm looking for other types of regular play, where you might be on a team for a period of weeks or a season. I'm open to all possibilities...just want to see what's out there. I'm trying to crank up my regular championship course play a bit. Just signing up for a tee time is okay, but I'd like something a bit more organized...and possibly competitive.

No golf leagues I know of. Plenty of golf groups at both exec. and championship. Talk to neighbors or talk desk manager at Championship courses. Usually word of mouth helps!
