Default Golf Lessons

I am an experienced golfer and am looking for a golf tune-up i.e. lessons. I've not had great luck with the Villages Golf Academy. Has anyone had lessons outside the Villages and have a golf pro to recommend? Thanks in advance.

My husband and I together with our neighbors just took beginner lessons with Michael Girard, the pro at Tree Tops Golf. We thought he was good.

Let me put in a plug for Pat Leahy who teaches at Lopez. He has his own school and is the finest teacher I have ever run across. He keeps it simple. Here is his web site.

I would second that ....his package of a private lesson and 4 supervised practices is great. He worked with my short game and I liked so much I signed up for another package.
