Could be used for disabled or somebody that can't hit ball over 80 yards due to arthritis or just simply lost there strength but has short game. This may extend the golfing experience for those with severe health issues or prevent injuries from trying to drive the ball off the tee IMO and may help in pace of play?

Or maybe we could hire someone else to hit the ball for us.

TIGER - Are you available on Wednesday?

Exactly! It's like a combination of a gun range and a pitch and putt course

Never thought I'd see firearms and golf combined.

Default That's not a "golf" club

That's not golf! However, it looks like a winner for those who may have an injury or disability that drastically hinders their game. The club they are using doesn't require any skill to use.

I'm not saying it's proper golf, obviously not. But doesn't the shot have to be properly aimed?
Or else one could break a lot of windows if set for 200 feet!

In addition to not being a golf club, that is not new. I first saw one of those over twenty years ago.

That's my problem with golf, I can't aim straight so it would be useless for me. I don't want to pay extra for the right to hit my ball into a sand trap, I can do that very well on my own thank you.

Default I guess this would fall under the same category

as larger golf holes (El Santiago) which allows the novice to an intro to "coming attractions"...I personally would not use but certainly can see the interest in new ideas to make golf (or something close) more popular. Let's face it, interest in golf has diminished.

Two or four hours to do something like chase a ball around that won't go where we want it to!!

Doesn't fit very well in this world of instant gratification.

PS...the bigger holes do not reduce the score of the average duffer and certainly is not an attractor to the game.
