[QUOTE=golfing eagles;1989799]The amount is "ridiculous"????? Playing 2x/week covers your entire cost

Which begs the question, are the golf fees here in TVs are over priced?

Queenie504 08-17-2021 08:25 AM

Was it that hard to call and give credit card number over phone?

My husband does not think it is overpriced. He likes the convenience of taking his golf cart to any of the championship courses. He enjoys most of the courses. We moved here because of the large choice of championship courses.

Wrong, you can pay with a CC

Might want to check that statement. The company has to pay the CC company a processing fee, not the purchaser...

Cane Garden Pool / open 9am – sunset.
Evans Prairie Pool / open 9am – sunset.
Glenview Champions Pool & Jacuzzi / open 9am – 9pm.
Havana Pool / open 9am – sunset.
Mallory Hill Pool / open 9am – sunset.
Nancy Lopez Legacy Pool & Pool Bar / open 9am – sunset.

How about Orange Blossom pool. Seems like it’s the nicest one.

I paid with a credit card in January, for my Priority Membership and got paid 1 1/2% back from my CC company.

For simple math $800 for membership divided by 80 is $10 / round.
We have 2 seasons.
The 5 month winter season I save $7/round
The 7 month summer fall season I pay $3.00 / round more than the resident fee.
Check the sheet. The $31.03 really costs $41.00.
Yea you get better tee times but do you need them really. If it's the money a 6 month membership makes more sence.

Not even close. Right now, in summer rates, it is $8 LESS for priority members, not the ridiculous $3 MORE posted

If I remember, it is $12 less in winter.

Somebody better "check the sheet":1rotfl::1rotfl::1rotfl:

Nothing to "check", you can pay your priority membership with a CC. That's a FACT, nothing to debate, nothing to challenge, nothing to argue about. I've done it for 7 years straight. Period. GEEZ!!!

I got a membership for my wife and I for the first time last September. I play the Championships once a week, but my wife didnt use it at all. She just played executive with me.
What if I just want a membership for myself, how does the trail fee work? Do I need to pay the $141 to the same place I buy the membership? Or is it less than that and where do I pay?

Viperguy 08-17-2021 12:50 PM

I really don't have a big problem with the cost, but the process of paying the fee could certainly be streamlined. Maybe an on line fee payment system like just about every other bill you pay? Just saying

jack.hunter00@yahoo.com 08-17-2021 03:11 PM

Because it would cost the to set it up.

Rec centers can take that payment for trail fees.

Winter priority is $17 less than residents
Summer is $7 less
If you are figuring in the cost of priority of $10 / round.....
17 minus10 =7
7 minus 10 =-3
Like in the commercial..it's not complicated

Villages Kahuna 08-17-2021 09:32 PM

What about the Orange Blossom Gardens pool, the absolute best one in the area. Waterfall, big jacuzzi, beautiful surroundings. Is that one excluded?
