Is there anywhere in TV that re-grooves wedges ?

Nope. Regrooving your clubs will damage the finish and cause most irons to start rusting. Trade them in towards some new ones.

Plenty of regrooving tools online. It is very simple to do your own.
You can find instruction videos on Youtube, but it is not rocket science.
