You may or may not have noticed that the golf courses(all but the rough & hazards)have been over seeded with winter rye grass(think fine grass blades). Because they have to let it take root, grow and thicken the course conditions might seem a bit on the rough side.

Don't let it get you down. If you just can't abide by it then go practice(you know most of you rarely do it). Now is the time. Have fun.

If that doesn't suffice then go off site, but try not to complain here. We all know this happens a few times a year...every year...and whining won't make it better. The executive courses take a wicked beating through fall, winter and a lot of spring due to the amount of play and the level of play. If weather doesn't cooperate then there's another variable that will cause grass conditions to deteriorate.
