Three rounds per week, you are paying Priority Rates.

Do the math.
Hacienda,Glenview,Lopez $58.00 for resident members per round

Palmer,Cane,Mallory,Havana,Bonifay and all the rest but Orange Blossom
$64.00 per round

Orange Blossom $50.00 per round

You are talking only priority rates

I did the math. Average price $57.00 per round

If you play 3 rounds per week you will pay $171.00

You do the math now

Well a little more punching on the calculator and you will see the "average" jump is $4.91 a round.

Hacienda up 8
Glenview up 2
Lopez up 2
Palmer no change
Cane up 4
Mallory up 5
Havana up 5
Bonifay up 5
Evans Prairie up 8
Belle Glade up 5
Tierra up 11
Orange Blossom up 4

These 2020 winter increases are for resident members which is what I am, and probably what most are, and are compared to 2019 winter rates.
I have a suggestion, why don't you just play Glennview and Lopez, they only went up 2 bux each.

Try to ignore the negative posts as they are just people trying to get attention because their lives are meaningless.

This happens every single year when some "snowbirds" return to spread their dislike of being alive and trying to make anyone who is loving life here as miserable as they are.
Yea, I also thought the courses were to expensive too, but that OK I’m not going to complain, l’ll play the Executive course. If the ones that like the Championship course like them that’s OK too! But to worry about how much something cost, don’t play them. Guess it gives the Snow Birds something to talk about then go outside the bubble & play then it’ll give the ones that want to play more tee time choices! Good comment MORTAL1.

I play three times per week minimum, but priority still doesn’t work out as cost effective unless you are a full timer : (

I'm pretty sure you can get a 6-month priority membership. But... if your time in The Villages is intermittent, priority might not make sense.

Gives the innies and outies something to talk about too. Move in the bubble, move out of the bubble, move back in the bubble, can’t decide where they’re happy The rates in The Villages appear to be appropriate for the convenience. You want to play, you’ve gotta pay.

Exactly, our responsibilities don’t allow us to come for long periods of time. Limited to several shorter stays throughout the year. At least we get to experience the Villages during all seasons of the year. I find May and October to be the best months. Great weather, not too crowded, limited thunderstorms, longer days, and much more affordable golf.

If you play 2 or 3 times a week the six month Priority Plan is good, I did it a few years ago, but not because I wasn't here. I saw the summer discount was only $3 a round, I play in the afternoons so there is the 11am discount and now that lasts 8 months. So I just pay the resident rate and skip the priority. My group plays in the afternoon and if we put in a 60 minute window, such as 11:56 to 12:56 we'll usually get our first choice of course and none of us are priority, maybe not the nine we asked for but the course.

You have to separate discussion between having a priority or not. Take a priority for a couple is $975.00. Included is the cart fee for executive courses and pools like orange blossom and glen view. If you play 3 times a week between you and your spouse you are better off getting priority. If your not getting g a priority better off golfing off site for 35-40 during high months and after that non priority rates are in the 30’s if they did what they did last year
