Good question, I don’t have the answer, except that it definitely is no because of a lack of land. It has become very apparent that golf is no longer nearly as important as walking trails under the new generation of the Villages developers family. Go figure? At least our home, which is near lots of Championship Golf, should retain its value as long as Golf remains important to retirees. |
