Usually there is a group of ladies who play the executive courses in almost every neighborhood. Or just making a single tee time can match a person up with people who may want to play regularly together.

And if I'm correct in post #8...I'll repeat my advice for the OP's friend.

I suggest that your friend go around to the championship/executive courses starter shack, explain what they're looking for...and see if the starters can help them out.

And tell her to ignore the comments about the 32 handicap, as at least she is willing to maintain an index...and we all have to start somewhere.

Since you can't get an index through GHIN from executive courses, it's obvious that she's used to playing full size courses and maybe she should take advantage of the plethora of executive courses here...to lower her index and more thoroughly enjoy the bigger ones.

Tell her...good luck in finding what she seeks.

Eventually she'll see groups of ladies golfers meeting up to go to a course to play. She should introduce herself and ask to join. Most are more than happy for new members. The only "ladies association" might be at the country clubs or ladies days at some of the exec. courses.

She needs to do her research for herself.
