Default Wondering, Do you walk the executive courses?

A friend that was diagnosed with high blood pressure and border-line diabetes, has watched those symptoms disappear since he decided to start walking the execs....He also suffered with nagging back problems, also gone....I sympathize with those that have disabilities that will not allow them to walk....I've been very fortunate to be able to always walk, championships and execs (although the golf course architects sometimes make walking more difficult (sometimes think I should pack a lunch between some of the holes with lengthy walks between green and tee)...Would you consider walking?

Yes. It's a good way to get additional exercise needed for one's health.

As you said, if one can't walk, my heart goes out to those who have condtions that prevent walking. If one can, they should walk.

Nuff said............

Yes we walk the Executive Courses. We do it for the exercise as well as enjoying the wonderful wildlife and beauty of the courses. We will walk the courses as long as we are physically able.

Yes, my wife and I always walk the executive courses 4 times weekly along with a daily 4 mile walk.

I reduce my golf clubs back to 4 and my wife uses 6 clubs and we use a mini bag.

It's just a pleasant way to enjoy beautiful nature, good friends along with a little exercise. We intend on doing this as long as we are healthy and able.

I walk whenever I can, be it 9 or 18. I like the exercise and I have a good light carry bag with a double strap. The bag fits nicely against my lower back (and I do have lower back issues) and isn't that heavy.

I walk the executive courses all the time.

The championship courses I usually ride because some of the distances between holes would slow the pace of play.

OK, what 4 clubs do you tote? Let me guess: 5, 8, sand wedge, and putter. ??

Default coolest golf trolly

My son's boss has a three wheeled pull cart that he doesn't pull it follows him as long as the control is in his pocket. Way cool. Leave it to these computer geeks to have the coolest toys.

My husband often walks a few holes of golf, whether it's 9 or 18. Says it's a an easy way to get in some great exercise and enjoy the course differently.
