Default Residents Cup Golf Tournament

I played in the Residents Cup Tournament last spring and had a good time. I do not see anything listed this year on the Villages Golf website. Does anyone know if this tournament was dropped? I did hear that only business whose main office is in the villages can sponsor tournaments on village courses. I wonder if they lost their sponsor because of this.

It's the big ad right on the home page---has a little click here to learn more button. Just got back from Palmer to sign up---I was #477, don't know how many they take.

Make sure you are going to

I think the OP is talking about a different tournament I believe is held around May; my wife played in the Residents Cup last year at Lopez; a 3 day Ladies Tournament. Am I correct OP?

The one on the home pages is the scramble. The Residents cup is a three day Ryder cup style tournament split into two teams,

I know this is gonna seem like a really crazy concept, but why not call golf administration and ask the "source", rather than posting on here and waiting days for a "potential" answer.

Was kinda hoping "you" would call for me, guess I was "crazy".

In any event, for those that are interested, the tournament will be held on May 18, 19 and 20 at Cane Garden. Qualifying will be May 10 and 11 at Havana.

you expect common sense and self reliance. Shame on you.
