That is Desmond Harris. Never heard anything but good about him and the folks who work for him. Our vent is way up on the roof and he never charged as much as others talked about on this thread.

Lucky me, I still young enough to do simple things myself and my dryer vent vents to side wall about foot or so long. My previous house had one going up and out the roof in 4” studded wall, it was tiny and clogged up often. I replaced it on outside Of wall with 4” diameter tube with catch can at bottom, no problems after that.
