Thanks Kathie, Whalen, and Taltarzac. I appreciate your thoughts. I must admit, however, that it was not a pleasant birthday. I spent all day working outside trying to get our house ready to put on the market. Whether we sell it by that time or not, we are moving full time to our house in Hadley in July.
